Wandering and elopement represent an urgent, life-threatening crisis for children on the Autism Spectrum. Your tax-deductible financial contribution directly equips our teams to protect vulnerable children across the Southeast through three critical operations: SENTRY SafeHaven Kits: $50 manufactures and delivers a complete home-fortification kit (high-mount locks, contact alarms, and visual cues) or non-damaging travel safety pack directly to an at-risk family at zero cost. Specialized Ground Search & Recovery: $100 funds real-time caregiver behavioral intake tools, sensory-lure kits (calming auditory units and reinforcers), and tactical GPS grid-mapping software for deployable search teams. Autism-Adapted Property Fortifications: $250 underwrites full environmental safety audits, localized emergency water-hazard mapping, and secondary hardware installations for rental properties along coastal waterways. Legislative Policy & Child Safety Advocacy: Supports our statutory research, legal briefs, and committee advocacy to codify mandatory elopement risk assessments and child protection reforms into state law. Make a Tax-Deductible ContributionProject SENTRY is an operational initiative of the Institute of Juvenile Justice and Behavioral Policy, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
