The Military Health & Force Readiness Coalition (MHFRC)
The Military Health & Force Readiness Coalition (MHFRC) is an independent, multidisciplinary alliance formed by The Military Family Advocacy Group (MFAG) and The Institute for Juvenile Justice & Behavioral Policy. We serve as a unified oversight mechanism to challenge administrative barriers, safeguard force retention, and restore clinical integrity within federal military health systems.
We reject superficial tracking placeholders and bureaucratic self-audits. Instead, we equip lawmakers and defense committees with the empirical data and statutory text required to enforce evidence-based medical standards.
The Advocacy Trident. Our coalition commands authority by bridging the gap between federal policy blind spots and ground-level reality through three pillars:

Academic & Systems Rigor: Quantifying the macro-fiscal impact of TRICARE care denials that shift multi-million-dollar liabilities onto state Medicaid and local public school budgets.
